How long is shipping outside of Israel?

7-14 days but we promise it will be worth the wait!

How long does shipping take inside Israel?

1-5 days throughout Israel. 1-3 days in Tel Aviv.

How much does shipping outside of Israel cost?

$18 USD.

How much is shipping in Israel?

$10 to Tel Aviv. $18 to the rest of the country.

What is Hasod’s Box Subscription?

Hasod is a goodie box delivered every 3 months filled with seasonal Israeli art and design curated with you in mind (wall decor/house decor/jewelry/organic products/Jewish products/Israeli products/fashion and more). It is designed for the hip, fashionable crowd and it is a perfect way to connect to Israel in a different way, all while supporting Israeli-based small businesses. Hasod Subscriptions are the perfect way to enter each season feeling fresh while supporting the Israeli local economy!

How does it work?

Once you sign up to the Medium or Premium Hasod Box you will receive a box from Israel straight to your door. Depending on when you sign up, you will receive your first package no later than April (Spring), July (Summer), October (Autumn) or January (Winter).

This is an ongoing seasonal subscription (every 3 months) that you can cancel or pause any time.

How much does it cost?

Hasod Medium Subscription costs $74.99 per quarter or $299.96 for a yearly prepay.

Hasod Premium Box Subscription costs $124.99 per quarter or $499.96 for a yearly prepay.

These prices include worldwide shipping from Israel.

If you would like the box delivered to a country that is not specified in the checkout, please contact us, we might be able to ship anyway!

This is an auto-renewing quarterly payment. It can be canceled or paused at any time.

How do I cancel my subscription/ receive a refund?

If you need to cancel your subscription, you can do so anytime

All Hasod Box purchases are final and nonrefundable.

That said, Quarterly and Annual Members can cancel their Hasod Box subscription(s) at any time by logging into their account and editing their subscription or emailing us directly before their next renewal date to prevent the subscription from renewing. 

There is no cancellation fee.  

By canceling your subscription with Hasod, you are simply preventing it from renewing on its next renewal date — this process does not automatically issue a refund and you will still receive any seasonal boxes remaining under your subscription term (whether you are a Quarterly or Annual Member) prior to its next renewal date. 

A cancellation part-way through an Annual Member’s subscription does not trigger a refund for the remaining boxes left in their annual term prior to renewal. For example, if your Annual Subscription began (or will begin) with the Summer ‘20 Box, you must cancel your subscription prior to June 1, 2021 to prevent the subscription from renewing for the following year. In this example, an Annual Member who cancels their subscription prior to June 1, 2023, will still receive the boxes that they have prepaid for — but will not be further charged.

We will of course be sad to see you go and hope to see you again soon!

Can I give a subscription box as a gift?

Of course you can and we are sure your friend will LOVE you for it!

You can get them the quarterly or annual subscription. You will get re-billed for it, but you can cancel the subscription and just let them keep the one/two/three/four boxes or more.

You can also choose to get them an Hasod Gift Card!

Can I brand the items within the boxes to fit my company?

Yes. Depending on the items some can be branded.

Can I brand the packaging?

Of course. Every corporate gift includes a branded card. If you would like to add more branding, we can also accommodate to that.
